HG-18/18/6 type bottle rinishing-filling-capping 3 in 1 unit machine is designed for medium scale brewery, its capcaity can reach 3000 BPH

It adopts isobaric filling principle and filling valve adopts high precision mechanical valve. It has advantages of fast filling speed, high precision in liquid level. Adopt automatic controlling system, realizing trinity of the machines, and control the washing, filling and capping process.

There are three main parts of this machine:

Bottle rinser, Filler and Capping machine

1) Bottle rinsing part: 18 washing heads

The filling part is made up of main liquid pipe, rotating cylinder bearing base, filling cylinder fulcrum loop, carbonated beverage and beer tank, filling valve, filling cylinder pipe, control loop device, ascending device, the distributor, height adjusting control, stimulating bubble arm, vacuum system, etc.

3) Capping part: 6 heads

The capping machine is made up of cap holder, capping slide way, capping upper part, capping lower part, elevating part and anti-circling column.
