This machine adopts automatic control program, its working process is as follows:
1. Washing Bottles:
Wash the bottle after five stations, the first station uses chlorine dioxide (CLO2) to dissolve washes disinfection, the flushing time is adjustable, the first working time is 12S, the second working station is 12S, the third work station is 12S, the fourth working station is pure water cleaning, the time can be different according to the demand, the five working station is to rinse the residual moisture in the bucket clean.
2. Filling:
Dry clean bucket through the chain conveyor transport mechanism, fall in the bucket mechanism, the bucket mechanism will be empty bucket, filling valve pressure, start filling, filling time can be adjusted according to the flow of filling pump.
3. Filling and capping
When the filling is finished, the barrel transmission mechanism will fill the bucket filled with water to cover the lid, the lid of the bucket to cover the body, the cap cylinder will be pressed tightly, thus, a washing cycle completed.
